Towel sourcing for hospitality & private-label buyers
Know exactly what you're ordering.
WeaveSources sources towels for hotels, spas, distributors and private-label brands. We write your specification, have a sample made by a vetted manufacturing partner in Pakistan, and check production against what you approved.

04Why we exist
Sourcing towels internationally shouldn't depend on luck, memory or a long email thread.
01
The specification lives in an email thread.
So two people remember the order differently.
02
The sample is approved, then forgotten.
So production drifts from what you signed off.
03
Nobody owns the reorder.
So you re-explain everything, every time.
WeaveSources puts the specification at the centre. It is written once, approved on a physical sample, and used as the reference for production, quality checks and every reorder.

06The specification
Build your towel specification.
Choose the use, product, weight, size, colour, branding and packaging. See your specification take shape as you go — then request a sample made to it.
Not sure about GSM or sizes? Every option explains what it means in practice.

07Quality, explained — not promised
Your approved sample becomes the benchmark.
We don't claim “the highest quality.” We define quality as matching what you approved. Every check before shipment is made against your specification and your reference sample.
GSM
Weight per square metre, against target and tolerance
Dimensions
Finished length and width, against tolerance
Colour

Construction
Pile, border and hem match the reference

Branding

Packing

The checks for each order, and who performs them, are written into your specification before production starts.

08What you actually receive
You're not just buying towels.
A towel is the last thing that arrives. Before it, you get the documents and decisions that make the next order as predictable as the first.
- 01SpecificationA written document of every field that defines your towel.
- 02SampleA physical towel made to that specification.
- 03Approved standardThe sample you sign off becomes the production reference.
- 04BrandingLogo, labels and colours confirmed on the sample.
- 05PackagingPer-piece, bundle, carton or retail — as specified.
- 06Quality checkA pre-shipment check against your approved standard.
- 07Export documentsCommercial invoice, packing list and the documents your shipment requires.
09Make your next order easier
Your first order creates the standard for every order after it.
Once you approve a product, its specification is documented. A reorder references that document — product, weight, size, colour, construction, branding and packing — so nothing has to be re-described and nothing quietly changes.

Reviews & case studies
Reviews you can verify — or none at all.
We only publish reviews from named buyers — with their role, company and country, verifiable on LinkedIn. As a new company, we're building that record now. Until it's here, judge us on what you can check yourself: the specification, the sample and the people.
13Sample first
Feel it before you buy it.
Specifications tell you what a towel is. A sample tells you how it feels. Every new product starts with one.
Sample costs and timing are confirmed with you before anything is made.

15Questions buyers ask
Straight answers.
Are you a manufacturer?+
No. WeaveSources is a sourcing partner. Your towels are produced by independent manufacturing partners in Pakistan. We manage the specification, sampling, quality coordination and export on your behalf, and we tell you which partner makes your order.
Can I get a sample before ordering?+
Yes. Sampling is the first step for every new product. Sample costs and timing depend on the specification and are confirmed before anything is made.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
Minimums depend on the product, colour and branding. We confirm them when we review your brief, before you commit to anything.
Which certifications do you hold?+
Certifications in textiles are held by the manufacturer, not the sourcing company. We list only certificates we have verified, with the name of the partner who holds them. See Buyer Confidence for the current list.
Where do you ship?+
We are set up to work with buyers internationally. Shipping terms (Incoterms), freight and import requirements are agreed per order. We only list offices or representatives that actually exist.
How do you keep reorders consistent?+
Your approved sample and written specification become the reference. Production and pre-shipment checks are made against them, and reorders cite the same specification.
Can you put our logo on the towels?+
Branding options — embroidery, woven borders, labels, packaging — depend on the product and the partner. Every option is confirmed on the sample before production.
You're a new company. Why should we trust you?+
You shouldn't have to take our word for it. Start with a sample. See the specification. Speak to the person handling your order. Every step is designed so you can check our work before you commit.

Decide with confidence.
